Assistant Director - Ellie Anderson - Gingold
Hi, my name is Ellie and I’ve been working at LAC since 2015. I also work at LPS as an SLSO and am in my last year of studying a Bachelor of Marketing and Media at Macquarie University. I plan to study a Masters of Teaching (primary) next year at Sydney University. I absolutely love working here and the opportunity it provides children to learn through play. My favourite things to do with the children are cooking and playing sport but everyday is different and there are so many fun moments in every afternoon! I hope I can encourage the children to be confident, kind and positive people.
My name is Pip Kramer, I have recently taken on the role of Nominated Supervisor at Lindfield Activity Centre. I attended LPS and LAC as a young girl from Kindergarten to Year 6 and and have been working at LAC since 2012 as an Educator and Educational Leader. After completing a Bachelor in Cultural Studies, I returned to uni and am currently completing my last year of Primary Education at Macquarie University. I absolutely love working in this atmosphere surrounded by play, learning and friendship.
My philosophy is to provide a creative space where all children feel a sense of belonging and love, feeling free to express their passions and skills in a respectful and caring environment. Every child and educator here is a valuable piece of our puzzle, as we all work together to provide a level of care that encourages mentorship, inclusion and friendship.
